All orders are shipped from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, using trusted international courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Free UAE delivery is available for orders above 500 AED.
For international orders, duties and taxes are included in the final price — no additional charges on delivery.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Return & Exchange Policy
By purchasing from the Linendal online shop, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our no-return policy.

All sales are final: We do not accept returns or exchanges on any Linendal products unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. We are unable to accommodate exchanges or refunds for change of mind or incorrect product selection.
Defective or damaged items: In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please do not attempt to return the item without prior authorization from our customer service team.
Refunds and replacements: If your return is authorized due to a verified defect or damage, we will offer a replacement of the same item, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.
Care and maintenance: Please review our care instructions for linen bedding products carefully before use. Improper care, washing, or maintenance that results in damage to the product will not be considered grounds for a return or refund.
